As a dance/movement therapist & counselor,

I offer a compassionate approach to individual psychotherapy sessions that involve one's whole self, the mind, body, and spirit. I offer individual sessions through my practice Running Rivers Therapy. Sessions are online and in-person sessions for those who are in Montana and online only in Oregon. I pull from my knowledge of dance/movement therapy, psychotherapy, mindfulness-based, person-centered, multicultural competencies, cognitive behavioral, and many other approaches to provide creative perspectives, skills, and techniques to promote healing. I value this process as a collaborative one. I will work with you to understand what you are looking for and what approaches will serve you best.

My dance/movement therapy setting is intended as a socially & culturally inclusive, collaborative, non- judgmental, strengths-focused environment to support physical, emotional, and psychological healing and well-being.
